Senior Solutions Engineer (Healthcare Consumer)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; work with US-based clients during US business hours. Current US work authorization is required, and employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $145,000–$185,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Partner with Product to define, build, validate, and expand shoppable healthcare service estimates.
• Develop pricing, billing, and bundling logic behind consumer-facing healthcare experiences and the Consumer Pricing API.
• Work with Data and Engineering to improve upstream data infrastructure and estimate accuracy.
• Lead technical discovery, scoping, demos, API integration, implementation, and customer launches with Sales and Customer Success.
• Gather customer feedback and translate it into product development priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing and coding, claims, care navigation, or digital health.
• Specific expertise with institutional and professional claims, commercial reimbursement, and benefit design.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex healthcare datasets.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON, including customer integration workflows.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, implementation, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience building or supporting consumer-facing care navigation or digital health products.
