Software Implementation Consultant - Clinical (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; up to 30% travel to customer sites and regional meetings, with occasional travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for onboarding and team events.

Base salary: $80,500–$89,400 per year, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Act as the principal customer liaison throughout software implementation projects.
• Analyze customer workflows, operations, and business requirements, then develop implementation recommendations.
• Translate technical requirements into system configurations and maintain training databases.
• Validate data quality, integrity, security, implementation plans, and project milestones.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and identify improvements that increase efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Lead customer change management, user readiness, presentations, testing, and adoption activities.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in software implementation.
• Experience with software configuration or implementation, database testing, and end-user support.
• Consulting experience involving workflow analysis, documentation, and operational recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, balance milestones, work independently, and adapt priorities.
• Post-secondary education in business or technology is preferred; healthcare experience is preferred.
