Salary: $80,500 – $89,400 per year + bonus + benefits.

What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison for customers, documenting requirements and translating them into system configurations.
- Lead business discovery sessions to develop delivery approaches that drive value and operational excellence.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all customer databases.
- Manage project stakeholder communication, identifying risks and timelines to ensure successful implementation.
- Lead customer change management strategies, including user readiness and acceptance planning.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and suggest improvements to drive efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
- Consulting experience performing workflow analysis and delivering operational recommendations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project teams simultaneously.
- Experience with database testing and end-user support.
