What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison for customers, documenting requirements and translating them into system configurations.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all customer databases.
• Manage project stakeholder communication, identifying risks and timelines to ensure successful implementation.
• Lead customer change management strategies, including user readiness and acceptance planning.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and suggest improvements to drive efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
• Consulting experience performing workflow analysis and delivering operational recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Experience with database testing and end-user support.
