Associate Principal - Capital (Healthcare)

Location: Virtual Office, United States; regular travel throughout the year to meet client needs.

Estimated salary range: $156,500–$290,100 annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead large, complex capital equipment consulting projects, programs, and operations.
• Drive revenue creation, cost savings, and other performance improvements for clients.
• Manage, coach, and develop direct reports and project team members, including performance management and recruitment.
• Develop, launch, and implement new or improved consulting services and products.
• Present clear, influential communications to senior healthcare executives.
• Support sales by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and serving as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of relevant management or healthcare leadership experience related to capital equipment and/or asset management.
• Experience in a consulting or healthcare environment.
• Previous leadership and supervisory experience.
• Relevant degree preferred; a master’s degree is desired.
• Strong systems thinking, evaluative, data analysis, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet client needs and schedules.
