Production Planner - Print

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates in AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, and WV are excluded. Candidates in the EST time zone are preferred, and occasional onsite visits to Butler, Pennsylvania may be necessary.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Prepare, coordinate, and approve master production and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate daily schedules throughout print production.
• Analyze activity planning data and calculate production start dates.
• Sequence activities to meet project timeline targets.
• Coordinate with operations and purchasing to support successful project execution.
• Ensure downstream work centers are prepared for scheduled production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, or coordination in a print or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze planning data and manage production timelines.
• Strong coordination skills across operations and purchasing.
• Must be located in an eligible US state and able to work primarily in the EST time zone.
• Availability for occasional onsite visits to Butler, Pennsylvania.
