Supply Planner & Buyer

hirify.global provides a circular office furniture subscription service in which furniture is delivered, returned, refurbished, and reused across clients.

What you will do

• Build and maintain the consolidated product forecast and need plan.
• Translate sales and installation demand across markets into concrete product quantities and purchasing decisions.
• Place and manage purchase orders, following confirmations, delivery dates, shortages, and changes through resolution.
• Work with suppliers to track performance and improve delivery and lead-time reliability.
• Plan and monitor central warehouse stock, identify supply risks, and recommend actions when availability is constrained.
• Consolidate regional demand into a global supply view and support recurring Sales & Supply Planning discussions.

Requirements

• A few years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, purchasing, inventory planning, or a similar operational role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with an understanding of inventory, lead times, and product availability.
• Hands-on experience with suppliers, purchase orders, and operational data.
• Ability to identify risks early, assess consequences, and drive issues through to resolution.
• Structured, proactive stakeholder skills and the ability to work across markets, functions, and suppliers.
• Experience in furniture, logistics, manufacturing, retail, or another product-based environment is advantageous but not required.
