Indirect Procurement Buyer (Supply Chain)

Location: Remote within the United States, with up to 15% travel required.

Salary: $77,270–$113,322 annually, plus discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Develop sourcing strategies to achieve cost reduction and cash flow targets.
• Analyze spend data, identify savings opportunities, and build a preferred supplier network.
• Negotiate contracts and purchases for indirect materials and services, particularly MRO and laboratory categories.
• Lead North American procurement projects and support corporate sourcing, process improvement, and acquisition integration initiatives.
• Manage SAP workflow items, sourcing technologies, supplier consolidation, and procurement program support.
• Prepare KPI analyses and presentations while coordinating with global, regional, supply chain, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, science, engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sourcing, supply chain, process excellence, or project and program management.
• Experience with ERP, supply chain collaboration, and e-procurement tools such as SAP, Salesforce, and Tableau.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, organization, communication, and presentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed matrix organization and collaborate across regions and functions.
• Hands-on problem-solving approach with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
