What you will do

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage personnel across area branch locations.
• Oversee branch business performance, financial results, inventory levels, gross margins, productivity, and safety.
• Build relationships with key customers and improve customer service and sales growth.
• Develop sales strategies, marketing plans, supplier engagement programs, and digital customer-connection initiatives.
• Coach outside sales teams and manage performance to improve effectiveness.
• Evaluate market trends, policies, procedures, and digital business data to improve efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, electrical distribution, or a similar B2B industry.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, sales, or marketing is preferred.
• Ability to manage P&Ls and implement sales strategies.
• Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, customer service, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and experience with Microsoft Office required.
