Salary: $190,000–$250,000 base salary, plus commission eligibility and typical total on-target earnings of $340,000–$450,000.

What you will do
- Own annual domain revenue targets, pipeline coverage, forecasting, bookings, renewals, expansions, and cross-sales.
- Manage domain-level P&L and gross margins while approving staffing models, evaluating contract changes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee delivery quality, customer satisfaction, government performance evaluations, predictability, and risk management across domain programs.
- Build, retain, and develop Mission Directors and supporting staff while addressing burnout, performance gaps, and staffing risks.
- Align Account Executives, Mission Directors, delivery teams, product teams, and operations around growth, retention, execution, and product priorities.
- Represent the domain in executive reviews, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience owning revenue performance, P&L, gross margins, forecasting, and sustainable growth for a business domain.
- Experience leading sales and delivery operations, including renewals, expansions, customer satisfaction, and risk management.
- Ability to build and retain high-performing teams and manage staffing decisions against growth, margin, and delivery objectives.
- Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel approximately 25–50%.
Nice to have
- Experience with government performance evaluations such as CPARs.
- Background supporting defense, civil agencies, or other federal-market customers.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud environments, infrastructure as code, GitOps, containers, and secure software delivery.
