What you will do

• Provide leadership support in the absence of the General Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Manage the full client lifecycle using company tools to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Directly manage, coach, and train Sales Assistants and Studio Interns.
• Maintain store design and visual standards according to merchandising guidelines.
• Develop client floor plans and professional design presentations.
• Conduct in-home client consultations and engage with local trade professionals.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Las Vegas, NV
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and 3-D rendering software.
• Strong ability to build trust and relationships with direct reports and luxury clientele.
• Physical ability to routinely move objects weighing more than 20 pounds.
