What you will do

• Hire, develop, and motivate the store team through performance coaching, feedback, and training.
• Drive the sales plan and maximize store revenue through strategic management of sales and merchandising.
• Oversee store merchandising and ensure the Studio represents the best in presentation using visual directives.
• Manage operational procedures, including scheduling, store shipments, and expense control goals.
• Resolve employee relations issues in partnership with Human Resources and the Regional Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to inspire a team to conduct effective demonstrations in a high-traffic environment.
• Financial literacy, business acumen, and ability to manage budgetary responsibilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems, MS Office software, and 3-D rendering programs.
• Able to routinely move objects weighing more than 20 pounds.
