TL;DR
Product Manager (Talent Systems/SaaS): Delivering and evolving talent-system capabilities, third-party SaaS integrations, and business-facing platform workflows with an accent on product discovery, data quality, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on prioritizing complex backlogs, defining clear requirements, and improving integrations and workflows through qualitative and quantitative insights.

What you will do
- Lead stakeholder conversations to identify goals, pain points, process gaps, and product opportunities.
- Partner with Engineering, Data, and UX to assess solutions, feasibility, impact, and user workflows.
- Own the product backlog and roadmap, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
- Deploy, manage, and maintain third-party SaaS supporting talent workflows and business processes.
- Facilitate refinement, sprint planning, delivery discussions, release planning, demos, and change communication.
- Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and communicate progress, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in an agile product delivery environment.
- Experience with business-facing products, platforms, or integrations where shared data models are important.
- Ability to manage a backlog and roadmap while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of data quality, consistency, edge cases, analytics, and outcome measurement.
- Experience partnering with Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver software or platform capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
Nice to have
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Talent Acquisition organizations, staffing, CRM, ATS, or related talent systems.
- Background in business analysis, systems analysis, or data-driven product work.
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, cross-system data flows, UX research, testing, and workflow design.
- Experience with AI technologies to improve products.
