Product Owner II-Technical

TL;DR

Product Owner II-Technical (Agile/Cloud/AI): Driving product development for customer-facing financial technology solutions with an accent on backlog prioritization, technical requirements, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on translating business needs into user stories, evaluating APIs and cloud architectures, and building automation and AI-enabled improvements across complex data and platform ecosystems.

Location: Hybrid work with two days per week in the Arlington, Texas office; additional office location in Irving, Texas. Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product and team backlog in partnership with Product Management.
• Analyze customer and business requirements and translate them into solution requirements, user stories, and product enhancements.
• Bridge business and technology teams by evaluating APIs, integrations, data platforms, AI/ML concepts, and technical dependencies.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, platform teams, vendors, and business stakeholders on solution options, risks, roadmaps, and delivery.
• Drive automation, process simplification, cloud adoption, Databricks use cases, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Communicate roadmaps, launch readiness, risks, performance metrics, and business outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on an Agile Scrum team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of risk management, loss control management, and vendor coordination.
• Experience creating, refining, and prioritizing vision, roadmaps, portfolio, program, and team backlogs.
• Proficiency with XML/JSON-based APIs, cloud technologies, service virtualization, test data management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Agile certification such as PSPO, CSP-PO, or POPM/APM is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
