Senior Business Recruiter

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 CAD

hirify.global is expanding its Canadian presence and building a dedicated recruiting presence to support growth across the Canadian market.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Operations, Sales, and Marketing functions.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies and improve talent quality.
• Use funnel metrics, market insights, and recruiting data to improve hiring velocity and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compensation, HR, and business leaders on complex hiring decisions.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, recruiter productivity, and stakeholder decision-making.
• Share recruiting best practices and help scale a collaborative, high-performing recruiting culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting Operations, Sales, or G&A functions.
• Experience with the Canadian talent market.
• Strategic business-partnering skills, including the use of data, market insights, and judgment to influence hiring decisions.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments while maintaining operational rigor and candidate experience.
• Strong collaboration skills with senior stakeholders across Operations, Sales, and G&A.
• Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies in recruiting workflows.
