Lien Resolution Coordinator

Location: Colombia; fully remote. Working hours: 9 am–5 pm EST.

Salary: $800–$1,200 per month.

hirify.global connects professionals with agencies and startups worldwide; the client is a US-based personal injury law firm providing legal services from intake through settlement.

What you will do

• Review case expenses, settlement statements, and financial records.
• Track liens, balances, provider negotiations, and client disbursements.
• Maintain case documentation in CloudLex and shared folders.
• Coordinate payments, invoices, deposits, and wire transfers.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate timely resolution with attorneys, providers, accounting teams, and internal staff.
• Handle settlement-related inquiries from attorneys, staff, and vendors.

Requirements

• US law firm experience is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of settlement coordination experience.
• Knowledge of settlements, liens, and case resolution processes.
• Experience with CloudLex, QuickBooks, Excel, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, organization, communication, and time management.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in personal injury law.
• Accounting or numbers background.
