Senior Paralegal (Corporate Law)

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 / year

What you will do

• Manage legal operations, including file organization, tracking, and budget management.
• Oversee corporate governance, including the formation and maintenance of corporations, LLC entities, and Trade Names/DBAs.
• Provide contract administration support, specifically the abstraction of contracts and leases.
• Handle intellectual property management and administration.
• Conduct legal research, review documents, and manage critical deadlines and calendaring.
• Build and maintain the department's knowledge repository within SharePoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a law firm or in-house.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw and Practical Law.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional demeanor.
• Paralegal Certification preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, banking, or other high-volume customer-facing industries.
• Familiarity with Legal Tracker or other matter management systems.
