Sr. Contracts Analyst

Location: Bogota, Colombia; hybrid, with at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end contracts and subcontracts across multiple contract types and regions.
• Review deal terms, draft agreements from company templates, coordinate negotiations, and execute contractual documents.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with legal, finance, product, auditing, and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain contract records, databases, reports, and compliance with established procedures.
• Train and guide stakeholders on contract processes and manage special contract-related assignments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 2 years with an advanced degree, or no experience with a PhD.
• Experience drafting and managing commercial agreements and collaborating with legal, finance, product, and other cross-functional teams.
• Experience with contract databases, reporting, contract management software such as Salesforce or Apttus, and e-signature tools such as DocuSign.
• Experience training or guiding stakeholders on contract procedures and managing contract-related assignments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, plus the ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Digital fluency, including the ability to use emerging technologies such as generative AI tools.

Nice to have

• 6 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience with an advanced degree.
• Contract drafting experience at a Fortune 500 company, large corporation, or law firm.
• Experience in payment services, banking and financial regulations, antitrust and competition law, technology, digital payments, or fintech.
• Experience improving contract processes, managing multiple work queues, and coordinating approval workflows.
• Experience drafting agreements and amendments in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
