TL;DR
Senior Contracts Analyst (Fintech): Managing the full contract lifecycle for commercial agreements, from reviewing deal terms and drafting documents to negotiating and executing agreements, with an accent on compliance, stakeholder coordination, and contract administration. Focus on managing contract databases and reporting, guiding internal stakeholders through contract processes, and coordinating with legal, finance, product, and auditing teams.
Location: Bogota, Colombia; at least 3 days in the office

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end contracts and subcontracts across various contract types and regions.
- Review deal terms, draft agreements from templates, manage negotiations, and execute agreements.
- Maintain contract records, databases, reports, and compliance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, product, auditing, and other internal stakeholders.
- Train and guide stakeholders on contract processes and procedures.
- Manage special contract-related assignments and support business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree, or no experience with a PhD.
- Experience drafting and managing commercial agreements and collaborating with legal, finance, and product teams.
- Experience with contract databases, reporting, stakeholder training, and contract approval processes.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, contract management software such as Salesforce or Apttus, and e-signature tools such as DocuSign.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, build relationships with internal clients, and manage assignments with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work from the Bogota office at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Six or more years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or four or more years with an advanced degree.
- Contract drafting experience at a Fortune 500 company, large corporation, or law firm.
- Experience in payment services, banking and financial regulations, antitrust and competition law, technology, digital payments, or fintech.
- Experience improving contract processes and coordinating multiple contract work queues.
- Experience preparing agreements and amendments in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
