Contracts and Budget Associate II (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on clinical study protocols.
• Review, draft, and negotiate confidentiality, clinical study, and amendment agreements.
• Coordinate agreement execution and maintain contract files, databases, and archives.
• Track negotiation and execution status and communicate updates to study teams.
• Resolve or escalate contractual issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and take corrective action while meeting study timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience, preferably in clinical research or a similar industry.
• At least 1 year of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements.
• Experience managing, controlling, and tracking contract processes.
• Strong organization, written communication, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual, global team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
