TL;DR
Legal Analyst (Fintech): Driving strategic and operational priorities within the Office of the CEO with an accent on legal research, corporate governance, and project management. Location: Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia (In-office role)
Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 USD per month

What you will do
- Drive legal and cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring stakeholders meet commitments.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research, delivering crisp, decision-ready synthesis for executive leadership.
- Prepare materials for board interactions, investor touchpoints, and executive meetings.
- Track corporate governance, entity management, and compliance deadlines.
- Build and maintain AI-enabled workflows to scale legal and administrative productivity.
- Coordinate across Legal, Engineering, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Education: Recent graduate (or graduating within 6 months) from a top Colombian university with a law degree (Derecho).
- Major: Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related quantitative discipline.
- English and Spanish: Clear, concise, professional written and spoken proficiency required.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for productivity and research.
- Strong academic record with demonstrated intellectual discipline.
- Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia for this in-office role.
Nice to have
- Internship or work experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or fintech.
- Leadership experience at university (student government, case competitions, etc.).
- Familiarity with financial modeling, SQL, and presentation design.
- In possession of a B1/B2 US Visa.
