Staff Product Designer (Healthcare)

Location: U.S. Remote; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The role is remote-first with occasional customer research travel approximately once per quarter.

Base salary: $155,000–$210,000 per year, based on experience and level.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX for supplier admin workflows, workflow configuration, and integrations.
• Lead discovery around routing, triage, ERP integration capabilities, and adoption success metrics.
• Turn design patterns, research methods, and workflow practices into reusable documented systems.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, product management, design, and engineering through workshops, journey mapping, and prototyping.
• Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
• Raise design quality through critique, mentorship, pattern stewardship, and customer validation.

Requirements

• End-to-end human-centered design experience for complex B2B products, from discovery through implementation.
• Experience designing workflow management, CRM, data-centric, configuration, automation, or integration tools.
• Ability to understand API design and translate technical concepts into user experience decisions.
• Experience with rapid prototyping, exploratory design, stakeholder alignment, and validation testing.
• Experience contributing to a mature design system used by multiple delivery teams.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; employer visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise workflow, configuration, and integrations tooling.
• Familiarity with Figma, Notion, Claude, Cursor, and emerging AI tools.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative methods to measure design outcomes.
