What you will do

• Define UX strategy and experience architecture across Presence initiatives.
• Shape foundational experiences for identity, profiles, community representation, Reddit Pro, and emerging products.
• Translate ambiguous opportunities into product direction, scalable frameworks, and connected user experiences.
• Use AI-assisted design and coding tools to build functional prototypes and accelerate decision-making.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, and senior leaders to influence product direction.
• Mentor designers and advance systems thinking, interaction design, accessibility, and AI-native design practices.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of product design experience, including complex cross-functional work in consumer technology.
• Strong systems thinking and experience designing platform-level or reusable product experiences.
• Exceptional interaction design, information architecture, and product strategy skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance long-term vision with near-term execution.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning teams without direct authority.
• Strong storytelling, facilitation, communication, and AI-assisted prototyping skills; portfolio demonstrating Staff-level thinking and impact.
