Project Manager (Robotics)

Location: Wilmington, Massachusetts, USA; onsite at HQ

Salary: $29.00–$40.00 per hour, plus medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), PTO, and other benefits.

What you will do

• Support PMO initiatives that improve project execution, communication, governance, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, installation, finance, and operations.
• Analyze project data and business processes to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Create dashboards, reports, process documentation, and visual tools that improve program visibility.
• Participate in meetings and workshops, documenting action items, decisions, and project updates.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Comfort working with data and drawing insights from information.
• Ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and learn new tools and processes.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive and/or fly to client and customer locations.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, or other project management and reporting tools.
