Project Manager - Associate (Fintech)

Location: Colorado Springs, United States; hybrid schedule with office work Monday–Thursday and remote work on Friday

Base salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage client statements of work, project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and financial performance.
• Facilitate requirements analysis and design throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Coordinate resource allocation, bookings, task management, dependencies, time recording, and work product delivery.
• Communicate project progress, risks, scope changes, and financial status to clients and internal teams.
• Track productivity, utilization, margin, and other project management KPIs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle and either Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Experience with project management software such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to manage client communication, budgets, schedules, scope, risks, and delivery commitments.

Nice to have

• Project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, CAPM, or SAFe.
• Six Sigma or Lean process improvement experience.
• Financial services experience, particularly in life insurance or annuities.
