Technical Project Manager, Platform Infrastructure

Location: Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, USA. The role is associated with a physical office location, and external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview.

Salary: USD 130,000–150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage platform infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and launch.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items.
• Coordinate delivery across infrastructure engineering, cloud, network, security, operations, applications, portfolio management, and external technology partners.
• Support infrastructure migrations, upgrades, lifecycle refreshes, major releases, and shared platform capabilities across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Coordinate operational readiness, testing, deployment, cutover planning, monitoring, support coverage, documentation, and handoffs to operations.
• Prepare portfolio updates, delivery forecasts, dashboards, status reports, and leadership communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in technical project management, project management, delivery management, or a related role.
• Experience managing technology projects involving infrastructure, engineering, security, operations, application, and business teams.
• Experience coordinating cloud infrastructure, networks, data centers, workplace technology, or enterprise platform delivery.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies, with strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Airtable, or comparable project management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, data centers, site reliability, or platform operations.
• Familiarity with compute, storage, networking, identity and access management, observability, automation, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with production launches, platform or data center migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and cutover readiness.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and site reliability engineering.
• PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, cloud, or infrastructure certification.
