Project Manager (AI)

Location: United States; hybrid for candidates local to an hirify.global office, remote for candidates outside commuting distance of an hirify.global office. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $105,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead technology projects and programs from intake, scoping, and design through execution, quality assessment, delivery, and closure.
• Manage client-facing implementations, feature delivery, platform modernization, data migration, and compliance projects.
• Maintain project plans, dependencies, communications, resources, scope, change requests, timelines, and profitability impacts.
• Coordinate engineering, QA, data, DevOps, systems analysts, clients, and external partners across concurrent projects.
• Use AI and LLM tools for planning, reporting, forecasting, documentation, and financial modeling while validating their accuracy and handling client data responsibly.
• Improve PMO delivery standards and communicate technical concepts to client and executive audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of project management experience, or an associate degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Professional experience using AI tools in project management or a related context, with measurable efficiency or delivery improvements.
• Experience managing client-facing technology projects in B2B SaaS, professional services, or consulting environments.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, data, and client-facing functions without direct authority.
• Fluency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with SDLC practices, CI/CD, release management, QA gates, APIs, integrations, data flows, and cloud environments.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification.
• Experience with complex multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements.
• Knowledge of incentive, loyalty, engagement, or marketing technology.
