Implementation Manager (AI)

Location: Cambridge, MA; hybrid with 3 days per week in the Harvard Square office. Occasional travel to customer sites, including distribution centers, is expected.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 base salary per year, plus meaningful equity.

hirify.global is building an AI operating system for wholesale distribution by combining CRM, PIM, eCommerce AI, and Order & Quote Entry AI in one platform.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales on discovery, solution design, scope definition, phased planning, dependencies, and implementation risks.
• Lead standard customer projects from kickoff and planning through configuration, integrations, data readiness, testing, training, cutover, and go-live.
• Run stakeholder governance, maintain decision and risk visibility, and coordinate customer champions, technical teams, executives, Engineering, and Engagement Managers.
• Translate distributor workflows into technical plans covering configuration, data models, integrations, and source systems.
• Define acceptance criteria, lead UAT and readiness reviews, coordinate cutover, and support adoption after launch.
• Track time to value, on-time go-lives, activation, implementation CSAT, and project health while improving playbooks, templates, estimates, and sales enablement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, technical project delivery, professional services, or a comparable customer-outcomes role.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, source systems, and configuration.
• Experience building and managing project plans, coordinating dependencies, surfacing risks, and moving multiple workstreams forward.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into implementable plans and communicate technical tradeoffs clearly.
• Comfort working directly with operational teams and senior customer stakeholders.
• Regular use of AI tools for planning, analysis, documentation, and coordination, with the ability to evaluate and correct outputs.

Nice to have

• Early-stage B2B SaaS experience.
• Complex B2B, enterprise, ERP-adjacent, CRM, PIM, eCommerce, or order-management experience.
• Experience in wholesale distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or another operationally complex industry.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled workflows in customer environments.
