What you will do

• Initiate, plan, execute, and close IT projects using established project management methodologies.
• Develop and track project plans, deliverables, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and completion activities.
• Lead project meetings, status reporting, communication plans, and cross-functional delivery.
• Define and implement repeatable project management processes, tollgates, governance, and escalation practices.
• Establish PMO processes, roadmaps, KPIs, metrics, reporting, resource planning, and project performance management.
• Communicate project performance and business impact to business leaders and executive management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of information technology experience, including 2–3 years in direct supervision of IT associates or IT project management.
• Certification from an accredited institution in project management is required.
• Expertise with project management tools such as MS Project and MS Project Server, plus advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project.
• Knowledge of data center technologies, networking, applications, databases, voice and data communications, and ITSM frameworks.
• Leadership, financial management, consulting, negotiation, executive communication, KPI management, SDLC, or ERP implementation skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMI certification.
• Experience with large-scale global project implementations.
