About the Role

You will own the day-to-day configuration and improvement of the revenue technology stack. You will build Salesforce components, manage routing and workflow changes, lead major system redesigns, and work with Engineering to automate repetitive GTM processes using AI agents. You will also resolve operational requests, maintain clean data, and support inputs for forecasting and revenue models.

Requirements

• Use AI tools daily and validate their outputs
• Have 4–7+ years of experience building and maintaining Salesforce and a broader GTM stack
• Have experience with tools such as LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Hex, or equivalents
• Own execution and propose designs for day-to-day work
• Communicate status and risks proactively
• Apply judgment about when to engage a specialist
• Be comfortable using Hex or a similar BI tool for occasional dashboard support

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain fields, flows, validation rules, and layouts across Salesforce
• Draft and own routing and workflow configuration across the GTM stack
• Lead execution on account hierarchy, opportunity and product data model, lead routing, and customer lifecycle redesigns
• Identify repetitive rules-based GTM workflows with Engineering and build agents to automate them
• Use AI tools daily in the build process and validate all delivered work
• Resolve field changes, workflow fixes, routing and scheduling issues, and data-cleanup requests from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
