Sr. Enterprise Technology Administrator, GTM Systems (Salesforce)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; on-site

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year plus bonus; restricted stock units included.

What you will do

• Administer, configure, integrate, and support Salesforce as the primary GTM platform.
• Support Apollo, Common Room, Qualified, Gong, Momentum, Ironclad, Marketo, and Zendesk integrations.
• Run the Salesforce support intake channel, bi-weekly sprint cadence, issue backlog, SLAs, and quarterly roadmap planning.
• Build and test Salesforce-native flows, validation rules, approval processes, and workflow automations.
• Trace data flows across Workato, GCP/BigQuery, Sigma, Salesforce, and downstream systems.
• Partner with Security, IT, Systems Engineering, and business stakeholders on tool onboarding, access governance, compliance reviews, testing, and AI/MCP connector initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on enterprise systems experience with significant Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience with several GTM platforms, such as Marketo, Ironclad, Apollo, Common Room, Qualified, Gong, Momentum, or Zendesk.
• Hands-on integration experience, including reading and debugging Workato recipes and tracing GCP/BigQuery data flows.
• Proficiency with SOQL and record-level data flow analysis across Salesforce, data warehouses, and downstream consumers.
• Familiarity with identity, access governance, and compliance tools such as Okta, Lumos, Vanta, or comparable platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and structured request triage across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Legal, Engineering, and Security.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience with MCP connectors, agent testing, and prompt iteration.
• Experience writing administration runbooks, integration documentation, and revenue enablement materials.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
