Group Product Manager (Core Services)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; remote workplace

Salary: CAD 125,500–200,800 per year

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics for the Core Services product group.
• Own orchestration across systems, services, and data flows, including reusable APIs, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Design, and business leaders to prioritize investments in scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Drive adoption through onboarding, enablement, documentation, and change management for internal product teams.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Identify AI-enabled capabilities and improve platform operations through continuous learning and refinement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex and highly technical products.
• At least 2+ years leading product teams at Group level or above.
• Experience with platform, infrastructure, API, developer tooling, data platform, or similarly technical products.
• Technical fluency in distributed systems, platform architecture, service-oriented design, cloud or infrastructure concepts, and data foundations.
• Experience defining strategy, prioritizing investments, evaluating trade-offs, and translating technical work into measurable business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, a data-related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
