Group Product Manager (Core Services)

Location: Remote, Toronto, Ontario

Salary: $119,231–$190,769 per year

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics for the Core Services group.
• Own orchestration across system, service, and data flows, including reusable services, APIs, workflows, and data capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Design, and business leaders on technical trade-offs and platform investments.
• Drive adoption through onboarding, enablement, documentation, change management, and platform standards.
• Monitor platform adoption, usage, reliability, performance, and return on foundational investments.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers while improving platform product management practices.

Requirements

• Experience owning platform, infrastructure, API, developer tooling, data platform, or other highly technical products.
• Strong technical fluency in distributed systems, platform architecture, service-oriented design, cloud or infrastructure concepts, and data foundations.
• Experience defining product strategy, prioritizing investments, analyzing trade-offs, and aligning multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience translating technical investments into measurable outcomes such as increased scale, improved reliability, reduced cost, or faster delivery.
• Strong people leadership experience, including leading Product Managers and developing talent.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years leading product teams at Group level or above; a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
