Focus on leading AI-native platform development, scaling capabilities across products, and building a high-performing product management organization.
Location: United States; remote role
Salary: $165,000–$190,000 per year plus equity

What you will do
- Set the long-term product vision and strategy for the Core Platform portfolio.
- Define shared platform capabilities across identity and access management, APIs, data and search, developer experience, infrastructure, and AI Software Factory.
- Establish success measures across adoption, velocity, reliability, cost, quality, and risk reduction.
- Lead AI-native platform development and shape how people and agents use the platform.
- Hire, manage, and develop Product Managers while translating strategy into goals, roadmaps, and priorities.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Security, and Data leaders to resolve tradeoffs and drive adoption.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in product leadership with direct people management.
- Experience leading platform product teams and launching or scaling shared capabilities across multiple products, teams, or customer experiences.
- Strong technical fluency across APIs, architecture, data, reliability, security, developer tooling, and technical tradeoffs.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI or agentic tools for engineers or internal users, including defining evaluation methods.
- Strong product judgment, strategic and hands-on leadership, action orientation, resilience, and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
