Distribution Coordinator

Location: North Aurora, Illinois, United States; onsite warehouse work. First shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; overtime and weekends as needed.

Salary: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills.

What you will do

• Lead daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, shipping documents, cycle counts, and material movements.
• Pick, pack, label, stage, palletize, and verify materials and shipments.
• Assemble, kit, clean, inspect, and prepare products according to quality specifications.
• Identify process improvements, reduce costs, and support warehouse procedures and programs.
• Train new team members and provide guidance to the Shipping and Receiving team.

Requirements

• Required experience in order picking and packing, shipping and receiving, and forklift operation.
• Experience with assembly, kitting, production, product handling, and palletizing.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools and follow work orders and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Steel-toed footwear is required.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Lathe and heavy equipment experience.
