Director, Commerce Delivery & Capability (UK)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. The role is UK-based and requires the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Define and lead the end-to-end commerce delivery model across retail media activation and embedded teams.
• Own onsite and offsite retail media activation, including optimisation, pacing, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Design operating models, playbooks, delivery standards, capability frameworks, and training programmes.
• Integrate commerce execution with search, social, programmatic, and wider media teams.
• Set performance benchmarks and KPIs while resolving delivery risks, inefficiencies, and capability gaps.
• Partner with senior commerce and growth leaders to connect execution with client performance and commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience scaling commerce or media delivery functions.
• Strong expertise in retail media activation and platform execution.
• Experience building operating models, standards, and scalable delivery systems.
• Structured approach with a focus on execution excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical, high-performing delivery.
• Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
