What you will do
- Lead and develop the Service Delivery team.
- Manage customer-facing operational delivery across a growing national deployment programme.
- Drive service excellence, customer satisfaction, and on-time project delivery.
- Build scalable processes, operational structures, and a high-performance team culture.
- Manage operational risks and escalation points.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to support business growth.
Requirements
- Experience as a Head of Service Delivery, Service Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Head of Customer Operations, Field Service Manager, or Operational Delivery Manager.
- Experience leading operational teams in demanding environments.
- Strong people leadership, relationship-building, and accountability management skills.
- Commercial awareness, customer focus, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Comfort managing change in a fast-moving operational environment.
- Experience in sectors such as temporary power, plant hire, equipment rental, utilities, energy, infrastructure, engineering services, or industrial operations.
