What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate team members responsible for technical support of business teams.
• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns utilizing Real-Time Bidding (RTB) technology.
• Collaborate with the local head of technical account management and other technical departments.
• Develop internal tools and procedures to improve efficiency across technical teams.
• Engage with UK clients via face-to-face meetings, business reviews, and industry events.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience as a Team Lead or in a similar managerial role.
• Approximately 5 years of technical experience in the digital marketing industry, preferably in retargeting.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Google Analytics 4.
• Experience with Chrome DevTools, Firebug, and debugging tracking scripts.
• Native English language proficiency.
• Availability to travel and attend in-person meetings.
