What you will do

  • Own full P&L performance across all brands in the Pallas Epos Group and drive EBITA improvement.
  • Lead end-to-end acquisition integration, transitioning standalone entities into a centralised operating model and consolidating leadership.
  • Execute payments strategy to maximise payment processing penetration through VMS and increase ARPU via payments-led monetisation.
  • Improve net revenue retention by optimising pricing, rationalising segmentation, reducing churn, and maximising lifetime value.
  • Transform the operating model by removing duplicated senior leadership and standardising processes across support, finance, sales, and delivery.
  • Steer technology and product strategy by maintaining legacy platforms, centralising R&D, and supporting migration to a unified platform using AI-enabled SDLC processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience integrating acquisitions into a centralised operating model.
  • Strong track record in turnaround, restructuring, or portfolio optimisation.
  • Deep understanding of payments monetisation models.
  • Experience operating legacy software businesses with constrained investment.
  • Commercially driven and operationally rigorous leadership.
