Sales Development Representative (SDR - German Speaker)

What you will do

• Book meetings with target DACH accounts through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Use an AI-supported backend system for account research, writing, persona selection, and account mapping.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive to develop accounts and grow revenue.
• Conduct high-volume prospecting, including approximately 80 calls and 20 new prospects per day.
• Attend industry events occasionally.

Requirements

• Native German speaker for building the DACH region.
• Grit, drive, adaptability, and strong ownership.
• Coachability and willingness to seek and apply feedback.
• Ability to learn quickly and perform in a high-pressure startup environment.
