Senior Information Security Analyst (Security Ops & Risk)

What you will do

• Monitor, triage, and investigate alerts across SIEM, EDR, network, and cloud environments.
• Coordinate security incidents from investigation and escalation through containment, documentation, and post-incident review.
• Own vulnerability scanning, prioritization, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Review and improve security controls across cloud, endpoint, network, and application environments.
• Support penetration testing, external assessments, compliance, governance, and audit activities.
• Partner with IT, engineering, operations, and vendors to reduce security risk and mature security practices.

Requirements

• Senior-level hands-on experience in security operations, monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and control improvement.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanning, and incident response tools.
• Exposure to cloud security across AWS, Azure, or similar environments.
• Knowledge of IOCs, MITRE ATT&CK, phishing, malware, and common attack techniques.
• Familiarity with Essential Eight, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or comparable security frameworks.
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and manage risk with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
