What you will do
- Engineer and implement authentication and privileged access controls.
- Harden endpoints and applications and implement threat prevention controls.
- Design and manage cloud security posture across the technology environment.
- Deliver new implementations, upgrades, and custom security automation.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to build, troubleshoot, and support bespoke solutions.
- Triage and resolve connectivity issues involving firewalls, proxies, and distributed environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering or operational security.
- Demonstrated expertise in endpoint security and hardening, IAM/PAM, cloud and edge security, and related technical controls.
- Good understanding of operating system internals, hardening, and networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Experience with scripting or automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues end-to-end across large, distributed environments.
