Manufacturing Production Supervisor - Military Aircraft Group - 3rd Shift (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, New York, United States; 3rd-shift schedule.

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 annually, plus a 10% shift differential for 2nd- and 3rd-shift employees.

What you will do

• Manage daily operations for a machine shop team of approximately 30–40 employees, including machinists.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Develop value-stream improvement plans and align production processes with site strategy.
• Establish and measure short- and long-term team goals while improving personnel and equipment utilization.
• Hire, evaluate, coach, and develop employees, including handling performance feedback, counseling, and discipline.
• Resolve employee-relations matters and administer personnel policies, time reporting, and performance processes consistently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• At least 5 years of direct management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Onsite availability in Buffalo, New York, and ability to work the 3rd shift.
• Ability to work with export-controlled information related to U.S. aerospace and defense programs.
