Location: Onsite in West Lafayette, Indiana, United States. Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
Salary: $80,900–$101,000 per year.

What you will do
- Supervise daily air-structure manufacturing and structural assembly operations.
- Set production goals, monitor KPIs, report performance, and ensure efficient execution.
- Lead, mentor, train, and hold production employees accountable to work processes and rules.
- Monitor quality, safety, FOD prevention, 6S standards, and facility cleanliness.
- Recruit and train new team members and collaborate with management and support departments.
- Implement continuous improvement plans and approve production team work hours.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or protected-individual status required.
- 10+ years of relevant manufacturing experience and 5+ years of supervisory or people-leadership experience.
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, MES, and ERP systems.
- Ability to work across departments, drive accountability, and build productive work relationships.
- Availability for a flexible or extended schedule as needed to meet customer timelines.
Nice to have
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Advanced Manufacturing, Aeronautics, or a related field.
- Advanced manufacturing experience.
- Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
