Salary: $80,900–$101,000 per year.

What you will do

• Supervise daily air-structure manufacturing and structural assembly operations.
• Set production goals, monitor KPIs, report performance, and ensure efficient execution.
• Lead, mentor, train, and hold production employees accountable to work processes and rules.
• Monitor quality, safety, FOD prevention, 6S standards, and facility cleanliness.
• Recruit and train new team members and collaborate with management and support departments.
• Implement continuous improvement plans and approve production team work hours.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or protected-individual status required.
• 10+ years of relevant manufacturing experience and 5+ years of supervisory or people-leadership experience.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, MES, and ERP systems.
• Ability to work across departments, drive accountability, and build productive work relationships.
• Availability for a flexible or extended schedule as needed to meet customer timelines.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Advanced Manufacturing, Aeronautics, or a related field.
• Advanced manufacturing experience.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
