Compensation Partner (AI)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Serve as the compensation partner for hirify.global Explore and translate compensation programs into clear guidance and timely support.
• Review job requisitions and new-hire offers, assess compensation inputs, identify risks, and provide data-informed recommendations.
• Support annual and mid-year compensation cycles, bonuses, performance incentives, and equity-vesting data reconciliation with Payroll.
• Build compensation models and scenarios for integration decisions and transitions between compensation plans.
• Maintain compensation data accuracy and governance in Workday through controls, audits, and process documentation.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, People Business Partners, HR Technology, and Recruiting while improving processes and automation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in compensation, total rewards analytics, finance, investment banking, or a related field.
• Experience with compensation analysis, offer reviews, compensation cycles, incentives, equity processes, or comparable operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with HR information systems or compensation tools.
• Strong data accuracy, controls, process documentation, discrepancy resolution, and quantitative analysis skills.
• Experience designing or improving agentic AI workflows, including human approvals, sensitive-data safeguards, output validation, failure handling, documentation, and impact measurement.
• Strong English language skills are required. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.

• Experience in gaming, technology, or entertainment.
• Workday or Workday Advanced Compensation experience.
• Certified Compensation Professional certification or a comparable credential.
• Experience with compensation integrations, plan transitions, Python, R, or workflow automation tools.
