Salary: $202,500–$274,000 base annual pay, plus potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the technical vision and architecture for agent-initiated settlement, edge AI financial agents, or portable verifiable trust.
• Lead technical design that can influence emerging fintech standards and industry discussions.
• Identify cross-system risks and dependencies across related capabilities.
• Connect engineering with domain and compliance stakeholders to move prototypes toward real products.
• Champion strategic investment in frontier technologies and mentor engineers across the broader team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience in large-scale business environments and 5+ years designing complex distributed systems.
• End-to-end ownership of complex technical domains and experience setting direction for other engineers.
• Experience with agent-driven development, agentic observability, and autonomous code navigation and modification.
• Deep expertise in payments and settlement, edge AI, or identity and trust systems.
• Fluency across Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node, with strong Kubernetes and AWS EKS experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Participation in an open standards body or protocol working group.
• Experience taking new technical capabilities through compliance or legal review to beta or sandbox release.
• Hands-on edge AI and on-device deployment experience, including model compression, inference pipelines, or wearable integration.
