Director Supply Chain Planning

What you will do

• Own product availability and inventory health across online and retail channels, reducing overstock, slow movers, write-offs, and food waste.
• Lead demand, supply, and inventory planning, developing the teams responsible for forecasts, purchase orders, allocation, and replenishment.
• Design automated, scalable, and exception-based planning and ordering systems.
• Partner with Product Development, Procurement, Retail, Marketing, Logistics, Quality, and Data & AI teams.
• Improve retail and online demand forecasting by accounting for promotions, listings, SKU changes, and seasonality.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience transforming and automating supply chain planning and ordering processes.
• Experience building and leading planning or supply chain teams.
• Substantial supply chain experience, including retail demand planning; omnichannel experience is advantageous.
• Strong ownership of product availability, inventory health, overstock, and waste KPIs.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking with a pragmatic, build-and-validate approach.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
