Director – Operations; Supply Chain (AI)

Location: Madrid, Chicago, Boston, London, München, or Düsseldorf

Base salary for the Chicago location: $174,100 annually, plus a discretionary bonus of up to 30% and retirement contributions.

What you will do

• Shape strategic priorities, team vision, and capability development for the Supply Chain topic area.
• Lead Supply Chain experts delivering client case work, proprietary content, and business-building initiatives.
• Advise global clients on supply chain technology and digital transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to commercial campaigns, proposals, case work, conferences, and external expert positioning.
• Lead and develop the team, including coaching, mentoring, and managing growth.
• Contribute to global hirify.global Vantage initiatives and Career Development Committees.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant Supply Chain consulting experience, or at least 10 years of relevant industry experience; 14+ years of industry experience is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience, preferably including line management.
• Deep expertise in at least two Supply Chain topics, such as strategy, operating model design, planning, inventory optimization, logistics, AI and digital supply chain, or sustainability in operations.
• Foundational AI knowledge to design and deploy agents, skills, and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Fluent English and strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
