FP&A Corporate Senior Financial Planning Analyst (AI)

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania; approximately 10% travel in Europe. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the interview process.

What you will do

• Lead complex financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning for global business decisions.
• Partner with senior business leaders on performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, long-range planning, investments, and business cases.
• Drive variance analysis and performance tracking, translating results into clear actions.
• Standardize and automate planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial data processes.
• Use AI and agentic tools to automate data aggregation, variance explanations, and scenario generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a business-partnering capacity.
• Ability to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting.
• Global experience is preferred; exposure to advanced analytics, automation, or AI-driven finance tools is beneficial.
