What you will do

• Coordinate and consolidate global forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning for the Component Business.
• Prepare financial analyses, performance reports, management summaries, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and provide insights for business decisions.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from regional finance, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and business stakeholders.
• Support business cases, investment evaluations, scenario analyses, CAPEX, value flow analysis, and productivity programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional topics and strategic projects across regions and operational entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, or Business Performance Management.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in international and cross-functional environments with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP, Power BI, or comparable reporting tools.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
