TL;DR
Junior Group Financial Planning Analyst (Oracle/FP&A): Supporting group financial planning, budgeting, monthly closing, forecasting, and data accuracy in Oracle ERP with an accent on financial reporting, reconciliation, and reporting-tool administration. Focus on reviewing accounting allocations, resolving data inconsistencies with IT, optimizing analytical reports, and maintaining financial procedures.

Location: Bucharest, Romania; office-based

What you will do

  • Support monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
  • Administer group financial applications by testing developments, importing data, running procedures, and tracking corrections.
  • Review accounting records, data inputs, account allocations, and reporting data for accuracy.
  • Work with IT and business stakeholders to resolve data inconsistencies and Oracle ERP errors.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Oracle ERP and other group financial instruments.
  • Optimize reports and maintain documentation and procedures for reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of data reconciliation across systems and databases.
  • Extensive Excel knowledge and experience with Oracle ERP, Essbase, SmartView, or HFM.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Analytical skills, rigor, attention to detail, autonomy, and effective communication with Finance, Production, IT, and Management.
  • Ability to work from the Bucharest office.

Nice to have

  • Experience in video game production or software/IT industry R&D.
  • Experience with ERP systems deployment.
