Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own a product problem area across connected surfaces from definition through delivery.
• Conduct research, design, UX writing, usability testing, validation, and iteration.
• Improve activation, regulated intake conversion, retention, and treatment adherence.
• Create accessible, trustworthy experiences suitable for a regulated healthcare market.
• Set up and evaluate experiments, including A/B tests, and contribute to the design system.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams while providing clear critique and raising design quality.

Requirements

• Typically 5–8 years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership of complex problems.
• Strong problem definition, visual design, accessibility, systems thinking, product judgment, and communication skills.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, validating designs, and interpreting metrics.
• Ability to work across mobile and emerging AI-native interfaces.
• Experience with UX writing and design work in regulated or healthcare environments.
• A portfolio is required; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience prototyping in real code with AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.
• Experience contributing to design systems and demonstrating measurable commercial outcomes.
