Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States, four days per week at hirify.global’s headquarters.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery across desktop, mobile, and responsive experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, customers, and stakeholders to define solutions and translate research into product decisions.
• Create user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and production-ready experiences.
• Design across onboarding, e-commerce, AI-powered capabilities, administration, customer conversations, and emerging platform initiatives.
• Build AI-assisted prototypes, review AI-generated frontend implementations, and help bridge design and development.
• Evolve hirify.global’s design system, reusable components, and design standards using research, analytics, experimentation, and usability testing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction and visual design, accessibility, systems thinking, and measurable customer impact.
• Experience leading complex initiatives from discovery through implementation and designing production-ready desktop and mobile experiences.
• Experience building scalable design systems and component libraries and partnering with software engineers throughout delivery.
• Proficiency with modern AI-powered design and development tools, design-to-code workflows, Git-based collaboration, component-based architecture, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong customer discovery, communication, presentation, usability testing, experimentation, and data-informed design skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar AI-native development workflows.
• Experience designing AI-powered product experiences such as conversational interfaces, copilots, intelligent assistants, or embedded AI workflows.
• Experience contributing to React component libraries, conducting A/B tests, or building personal projects involving design, coding, or AI experimentation.
