Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global’s headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, four days per week.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery across desktop, mobile, and responsive experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and customers to define solutions, gather feedback, and shape product direction.
• Create user flows, journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity production-ready designs.
• Design experiences across onboarding, e-commerce, administration, customer conversations, and AI-powered product capabilities.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems, reusable components, and hirify.global’s A2UI standards.
• Use research, analytics, experimentation, usability testing, and AI-assisted tools to improve product quality and outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of digital product design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction and visual design, accessibility, systems thinking, and measurable customer impact.
• Experience leading complex initiatives from discovery through implementation and partnering closely with software engineers.
• Experience designing production-ready experiences for desktop, mobile, and responsive environments.
• Proficiency with design systems, user-centered design, information architecture, usability testing, experimentation, and customer discovery.
• Technical fluency in HTML, CSS, modern frontend frameworks, Git-based collaboration, component architecture, and AI-powered design-to-code workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development environments such as Cursor, Claude Code, or ChatGPT.
• Experience designing conversational interfaces, copilots, intelligent assistants, or embedded AI workflows.
• Experience contributing to React component libraries or production-ready component implementations.
• Personal projects demonstrating product design, coding, or AI experimentation.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
