What you will do

• Assess operational-level MEDLOG requirements, current and projected capabilities, readiness, sustainment, and capability gaps.
• Translate MEDLOG doctrine, policy, systems, and requirements into inputs for deliberate, contingency, exercise, and emergent planning.
• Develop and quality-assure campaign plans, OPLANs, CONPLANs, Annex Q products, assessments, briefs, reports, and action plans.
• Manage Health Service Support MEDLOG Plans of Action and Milestones and track execution against requirements.
• Coordinate medical logistics planning with MARFORPAC, PACOM, subordinate and adjacent components, allied organizations, and partner nations.
• Monitor operational requirements and communications, elevate emerging issues, and revise recommendations based on leadership feedback.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics management, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience supporting military logistics and sustainment operations.
• Experience with DoD joint-service and international military and civilian logistics networks.
• Working knowledge of U.S. Navy MEDLOG systems and reporting, including MAXIMO Logistics Command & Control.
• Advanced proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and development of analytically supported staff products.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCSS-MC, joint and coalition planning, or senior military leader briefings.
• Supply chain, medical logistics, military professional education, or readiness credentials.
• PMP, CSEP, DAWIA/DAU, Lean Six Sigma, ASCM/APICS, ISM CPSM, SOLE CPL, or AHRMM CMRP certification.
• Relevant military occupational specialty experience or USMC Ground Supply Officer School completion.
• Experience with scientific, program analysis, systems engineering, advanced manufacturing, or onsite project implementation.
